Lou Berthiaume is the Chicago Territory Manager for APC. In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and combined it with MGE UPS Systems to form Schneider Electric's IT Business Unit, which recorded 2008 revenue of 2,6 billion (including APC-MGE sales of $3.7 billion) and employed 12,000 people worldwide. APC solutions include uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), precision cooling units, racks, physical security, and design and management software, including APC's InfraStruXure® architecture, the industry's most comprehensive integrated power, cooling, and management solution. Appointed as Chicago Territory Manger in December 2008, Lou is responsible for developing and supporting Elite APC partners, which includes Data Center power and cooling design. Lou is currently the lead architect of APC's InfraStruXure® system, leading the effort to expand and enhance integrated data center infrastructure solutions.Prior to his role as Territory Manager, Lou held multiple sales and engineering positions with APC including Enterprise Account Manager and Territory Account Manager. Lou is a frequent speaker at local power efficiency and information technology conferences.

Mr. Cooke's background consists of over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. Much of his career was spent managing messaging infrastructures for several large multi-national corporations. At one Financial Services/Insurance corporation, he was responsible for its messaging infrastructure and support for 30,000 North American employees. While there he worked closely with the Corporate Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Audit teams regarding E-Discovery and litigation readiness related issues. Mr. Cooke joined CommVault several years ago from EMC Corporation. At EMC, he was an Archiving Specialist responsible for all pre-sales activities around the EmailXtender archiving product. At CommVault, he works directly with customers to develop cross-functional teams and processes to support litigation and FRCP related challenges.

The conference is developed by Paul Gillin, a veteran technology journalist with more than 24 years of editorial leadership, nearly all of it focused on enterprise IT. Paul was founding editor-in-chief of TechTarget, one of the most successful new media entities to emerge on the Internet. There he oversaw the development of more than 30 special-interest websites customized to the needs of IT managers and professionals. Previously, he was editor-in-chief and executive editor of Computerworld. During his 15 year tenure, Computerworld received more than 100 editorial awards. He is now an author and speaker specializing in Internet marketing and media.Paul has keynoted more than a dozen technology user group conferences, including all of the largest IBM user groups. He has been a speaker or panelist nearly 100 other computer industry events. Paul was also the founding program director of several of TechTarget's technology conferences, including Storage Decisions and Data Center Decisions. He is known for an ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language, a skill that has made him a popular technology analyst on radio and television networks, including CBS, CNN, MSNBC and NPR.

Steve has been with the company in one capacity or another since 2001. Prior to the acquisition of the Denver facility by Latisys, Steve was the Chief Information Officer of the Denver business, where he oversaw the development and implementation of systems and hosting infrastructure as well as lead product development efforts. Steve received his BS in Computer Science from Colorado State University. Immediately after graduating, he began work as a systems engineer for a real-time driving simulation company implementing Linux based simulators for research and educational institutions. His research background includes I/O performance analysis, queuing theory, parallel systems architecture and OS design, storage networking protocols, clustering algorithms and virtual systems optimization.
